Noreen Costelloe has been practicing law in Illinois for 27 years, and worked in financial planning prior to that. Combining legal and financial expertise allows Ms. Costelloe to develop legal strategies which fully consider your financial requirements as well.
She particularly enjoys working with clients on issues regarding estate and life planning. As families expand, children grow up, people divorce and re-marry, all of these life events and more impact your estate planning. She enjoys working with clients over time to create strategies which meet their unique circumstances and protect their assets and families. From simple wills to living trusts and trust administration, she can help you develop and manage the best instruments for your personal situation. Ms. Costelloe also handles client's residential real estate transactions, keeping in mind your overall goals and interests.
Special needs planning and supplemental needs trusts are an area of the law in which Ms. Costelloe has developed a particular expertise and passion. Her concern for the needs of disabled persons has resulted in a long-term relationship with Helping Hands of LaGrange, Illinois, serving as a board member and in other capacities. Through this experience, she has gained a thorough understanding of the long-term needs of disabled persons and their families' desires/needs to provide for them.
Ms. Costelloe also does small business formation and often handles annual filing and legal reporting requirements for small businesses.
